Association Managers that manage HOAs with hundreds of residents usually have systems and people in place to handle a large volume of issues. If your HOA is smaller, this type of Association Manager can adequately manage your HOA. However, their often bureaucratic and impersonal approach is more likely to anger owners in smaller HOAs.
