3 Strikes and your HOA Manager (should be) out

Strike 1 - They require they manage your HOA finances.


Strike 2 - They require you use one of their preferred attorneys as your HOA attorney.


Strike 3 - Strike 1 and 2 are bad enough that your HOA Manager should’ve been ejected from the game already! If they haven’t, here are some potential third strikes:

  • They were put in place by the builder

  • They require they also do your Reserve Study

  • They only provide you quotes from their “preferred” vendor list

  • ADD YOUR OWN IN THE COMMENTS SECTION
